Kiss me I’m Irish

Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone from this Irish girl to you! I absolutely love everything Celtic and would love to one day go to Ireland… Listening to Irish/ Celtic Instrumental music cleaning the house before Dave got home and wishing I could River dance… I mean for real… Wouldn’t that be awesome?!

Staying in tonight with the hubby making some amazing food, but I did get to go out with my girls today and see the new Beauty and the Beast movie wearing my cute St. Patrick’s outfit….

Movie Day with the Girls

Before we went to see Beauty and the Beast we had a lovely brunch at my friend Becca’s house…. french toast, strawberries, blueberries, sausage links, turkey bacon, coffee and Hallelujah- Some Mimosas!!! I love Mimosas… they are so simple but they are a great way to drink your orange juice… jk! 😉 It was a wonderful time of eating with great convo. Thanks Becca for cooking everything… it was delicious!

After the movie, I returned home and did some yoga. And yes I do my yoga at the house! While I really do enjoy going to an actual class,  the money for those classes gets to be a lot and throughout normal weeks, I don’t have enough time to drive to a class and participate and drive home… there went 1 1/2 or 2 hours of my night. Since last year, wanting to be healthier and all… I began doing workouts at home. First is was the 21 day fix program, which if you have not tired it, you NEED to !!!! I lost 25 pounds learning how to eat healthy with correct portion controls and working out 30 min every day. The program comes with a DVD series with all different kids of work outs… which i still use some today. I have recently incorporated yoga more into my week, trying to do a yoga video on you tube every day. Boho-beautiful is the Youtube channel I use in case you are looking 🙂 She is absolutely amazing… you will not be disappointed!

My hubby, Dave came home from work and we made some amazing st. patty’s day food. Dave made the Scottish eggs, which are sooooo good and I tried a Pinterest recipe for roasted brussel sprouts and potatoes. It turned out well!!! Here’s the recipe for the roasted brussel spouts and potatoes… I highly recommend them.

Watching ” Far and Away” as we demolished our food. Bailey’s and Ice cream for desert. Yum 🙂

I will leave you with the beautiful prayer of St. Patrick and say Happy St. Patrick’s day from the Ross’.
